Beebe Healthcare is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, in line with Beebe policies and the Nurse Practice Act. The RN will lead, mentor, and precept, ensuring safe, efficient workflows across the clinical team.

The role emphasizes education for patients and families, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and adherence to Beebe's mission and values within a dynamic care environment.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or RN Degree Program completion required.
• Current RN license from the state of Delaware or a Compact State.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Triages patients and uses clinical judgment to implement nursing interventions in a timely manner.
• Delegates elements of care to appropriate healthcare workers in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations.
• Acts as a preceptor and mentor for other licensed and unlicensed clinical team members.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates an identified plan of care; educates patients and families.
