Job summary

Priory Hospital Barnt Green is seeking a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the PICU Ward on a full-time, 37.5-hour week. You will deliver patient-centered care on the PICU ward, working within a multidisciplinary team while upholding safeguarding and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will hold RMN with active NMC registration and have 6–12 months post-registration experience, preferably with Forensic or PICU exposure, with flexibility for days and nights.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Active NMC Registration with completed preceptorship
• Experience within Forensic or PICU

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed, person-centred nursing care and assess, plan and review care with patients and their families
• Observe, engage with patients and respond to changes in condition; escalate as needed
• Work within a multidisciplinary team, delegate duties, and maintain safety and safeguarding compliance
