Qualifications

• NMC registration and up-to-date clinical practices knowledge.
• Experience with dementia care and providing detailed risk assessments.
• Ability to develop well-structured care plans and deliver person-centred care.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Settle new residents and develop tailored care plans.
• Carry out a range of clinical tasks with autonomy and professional judgment.
