TipTopJob is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join a modern nursing home opened in 2024 in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. You will provide high quality nursing care to residents and work within a supportive nursing team, ensuring wellbeing and dignity.

The role requires an active NMC pin (RGN or RMN) and at least 1 year of care setting experience. Permanent days and nights shifts are available with enhanced benefits and a structured induction.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified as a RGN or RMN nurse with a current active NMC pin.
• Proven experience in a care setting is preferred.
• 1+ year NMC registration.

To be considered for this role you must be qualified as a RGN or RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• You will play a crucial role in providing high quality nursing care to residents.
• Work as a member of the nursing team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners
• Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high:quality standard ensuring the personal care needs of residents, are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence
• Your primary responsibility is to ensure the well:being and health of the elderly or individuals with various medical conditions who reside in the care home
• Carrying out supervisions

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• A good team player
• 1+ Year NMC registration
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills

Benefits

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP22.50 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP56,160 per annum.
