Job summary

Tata Technologies in Warwick is seeking a Requirements Management Engineer to join our Engineering Research and Development team. You will support the RMDV function, analyse data and create presentations for senior leadership.

This role involves coordinating with engineering teams, publishing meeting minutes, tracking issues to resolution and contributing to decision making with clear data driven insights.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications and ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Demonstrated data analysis skill and ability to create presentations for leadership.
• Proven project management capability with on-time and on-budget delivery in product development.
• Strong time management and work prioritisation skills.
• Ability to use data analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering team with RMDV and data analysis.
• Communicate with customer RMDV support team to solve issues.
• Publish minutes from each meeting and track action items.
• Present data to senior leadership and support decision making.
• Ensure RMDV actions are completed and escalations are managed.
