Job description

Exciting new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic candidate to supervise and organise a team of 2 Account Managers, taking overall responsibility for ensuring excellent client support and operational efficiency. The successful applicant will be the primary point of contact between Relationship Managers and a portfolio of clients, overseeing the day-to-day servicing of clients and managing workflows as well as being responsibile for own book of business. This will include cross and up selling of banking products and services, and co-ordinating across departments to ensure all client requirements are met.

Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, with a strong client service mentality and previous team management responsibility. You ll need a good understanding of banking products, services and regulatory requirements, and a high degree of risk awareness. The ideal applicant will be someone with a pro-active approach to suggesting new ideas and innovations, and who can think outside of the box, demonstrating enthusiasm for change and the unexpected!
