Job summary

Swift in United Kingdom is seeking a senior risk reporting professional to design, maintain and operate data and reporting processes, delivering timely, accurate insights aligned with ERM policy.

You will prepare Board and Executive Committee reports, produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and present data-driven narratives to stakeholders, guiding risk decisions and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years experience in a similar environment.
  • At least 4 years of that experience involved reporting and/or data synthesis.

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain and operate processes that deliver complete, accurate and timely data and reporting, and continuously improve them.
  • Produce actionable risk data-driven reporting and insights aligned with the ERM Policy requirements for timeliness and frequency.
  • Prepare Board and Executive Committee reports as well as internal reporting.
  • Ensure timely, accurate and consistent reporting to meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Craft meaningful, impactful narratives across a range of recipients; provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports and address ad hoc requests from the Risk Department and stakeholders.
  • Prepare data‑driven reports for use within the Risk Department and first line, identify key messages and provide clear supporting narrative.
  • Prepare drafts of risk reports that support business decisions at Board, Executive, and Senior Manager levels, ensuring data is labelled and shared in accordance with policies.
  • Liaise with colleagues for timely data extraction; challenge, collate and analyse data to provide insights to recipients.
  • Link internal data with external drivers to position potential drivers/impacts and provide a holistic risk reporting position.
  • Prepare presentations to support discussion of reports (e.g., during committees).
  • Identify and escalate material issues that arise during reporting; lead continuous improvement of risk reporting, collaborating with colleagues to change methodology and templates to improve efficiency, quality and transparency.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end reporting cycles of Risk Department activity in areas such as Chief Risk Officer Reporting and Extreme Scenarios, aligned to the ERM Policy.
  • Implement new reporting methodology as required in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge and understanding of key business drivers and strategy.
