Are you ready to shape the future of the UK's energy and infrastructure landscape? We're looking for a seasoned Risk Manager to join our dynamic team and lead risk strategy across some of the nation's most ambitious and high-profile projects.

What You'll Do
  • Champion robust risk management frameworks across complex, multi-disciplinary programmes
  • Deliver high-quality risk analysis, assurance, and reporting in collaboration with the Service Capability Leader
  • Lead Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) for cost, schedule, and integrated risk forecasting
  • Coach and mentor teams on best practices in risk identification, mitigation, and governance
What You Bring
  • Professional certification: APM Risk Certificate or IRM Certificate
  • Proven experience in energy or infrastructure sectors
  • Hands‑on expertise with QRA tools such as @Risk or Primavera Risk Analysis
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Risk Management platforms like Active Risk Manager (ARM)
  • Strong grasp of project controls, change management, and contractual frameworks
  • A collaborative mindset, analytical precision, and a passion for solving complex challenges
