Job summary

PIB Group's Risk Management arm is seeking a Field-Based Risk Manager to work with a portfolio of client sites across the Thames Valley and M4 corridor, helping clients manage operational and regulatory risks and create safer workplaces.

You will conduct risk assessments, surveys and inspections, produce tailored risk docs, investigate incidents, and build long-term client relationships with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH/IOSH qualification (or working towards).
• Experience in risk assessment, audits, or H&S consultancy.
• Confident, client-facing, and self-motivated.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel and overnight stays.

Risk Manager - Health & Safety

PIB Risk Management | Field-Based in the Thames Valley/M4 Corridor Area

Join PIB Risk Management, the specialist risk and health & safety consultancy arm of PIB Group, as a Risk Manager. You’ll work directly with a portfolio of clients across a range of industries, helping them to manage their operational and regulatory risks and create safer, more compliant workplaces.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct risk assessments, surveys, and inspections at client sites

• Produce tailored risk management documentation

• Investigate incidents and liaise with enforcing authorities

• Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

• NEBOSH/IOSH qualified (or working towards)

• Experience in risk assessment, audits, or H&S consultancy

• Confident, client-facing, and self-motivated

• Full UK driving licence - willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight
