Job summary

The Actuary is partnering with a leading insurance firm to recruit a Senior Risk Associate (Enterprise Risk) for their Risk and Management Team. This role offers high visibility and regular interaction with senior management, the board risk committee, and external stakeholders.

The role shapes and enhances the organisation's enterprise risk framework within a top insurance market, with exposure to risk appetite, ORSA, emerging risks, and enterprise-wide controls.

Qualifications

• Insurance industry background with experience in risk management frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise risk management concepts such as risk appetite, ORSA and controls.
• Proven ability to work in a governance-driven, high-performance team and interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic risk initiatives and contribute to the global risk framework.
• Support governance processes and enterprise-wide risk management activities.
