Job summary

Salary - £42,000 plus fantastic benefits

Locations - Leeds, Edinburgh, Bristol, Birmingham and London. Mix office and home working with our hybrid working policy. The entire graduate scheme will be based in a single location.

Qualifications - A range of optional certifications and qualifications are available. Training and costs are all taken care of.

Two years. Three high-impact rotations

Over this 2-year programme, you'll complete three eight-month placements across different risk specialisms, giving you a broad, well-rounded foundation for a long-term career in risk. Think of it as a guided tour of the most fascinating and fast-moving corners of the risk world.

• Credit & Customer- analysing credit risk, understanding customer behaviour and shaping lending decisions.
• Analytics, Data & Modelling- using cutting-edge modelling techniques, data science and AI to predict and manage risk.

What you need to apply

• While we do not require a minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process.

Locations

Choose from Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Leeds, and London. You'll be based there throughout your programme. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office. The entire graduate scheme will be based in a single location.

Opening and Closing date

Applications for Risk Graduate Scheme open on 10th September. London applications will close on 4th October, Edinburgh, Bristol and Birmingham will close on 25th October and Leeds will close on 8th November.
