Job description

This is a 9-month FTC parental leave cover with potential extension. You will focus on data analysis and dashboarding to support financial risk reporting and decision‑making. Your work will help shape capital allocation and liquidity planning. In this role you will:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar).
• Manipulate and analyse financial risk data to produce clear insights.
• Assist with ICAAP stress testing and liquidity risk reporting (training provided).
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and Risk teams to embed data‑driven insights.
• Present visualised data and reports for senior management.
• Strong skills in data analysis and dashboarding (Power BI, Excel; Python a plus).
• Ability to work with large datasets and produce meaningful insights.
• Interest in financial services and risk management (prior exposure helpful but not essential).
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and keen to learn and grow.
• Good communication skills for explaining data to non‑technical audiences.
