Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advise partners and staff on risk, compliance, ethics, data protection and conflict matters.
  • Lead and manage risk and compliance projects and advise on new business initiatives.
  • Analyse risk data to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
  • Draft and update policies, precedents, communications and deliver targeted compliance training.
  • Escalate high‑risk issues, monitor regulatory changes, and coach junior team members.
Profile

The successful candidate would have:

  • Experience in a similar risk and compliance role within a law firm.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn and develop.
  • Strong communication and report‑writing skills, with excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, proactive and collaborative in managing workload.
  • Management experience is desirable, but not essential.
