Qualifications

• You are in the first year of an undergraduate degree in any subject.
• Or in your second year of a four-year degree in any subject.
• When you apply, we’ll also ask for your location preference.
• If you successfully complete the recruitment process, we’ll then let you know which office you’ll be based in during the three-day programme.
• Please be aware that we may not be able to offer you your first-choice office location.

Responsibilities

• In Risk and Compliance you’ll get close to the real decisions that shape how our clients operate, helping them to understand where risks could arise, how controls protect, and what good governance looks like in practice.
• You’ll also learn how to navigate complex regulatory environments, translating requirements into practical action that supports and protects the business.
