As our Risk and Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding Cadent’s IT estate.

This isn’t just about identifying threats, it’s about leading the analysis, strategy, and assurance that keeps our systems secure. You’ll assess risks, evaluate emerging threats, and guide the development of policies and frameworks that align with industry best practice.

Working closely with internal teams and external assurance partners, you’ll provide actionable intelligence that drives informed decision‑making. You’ll also champion continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and compliance across the organisation.

  • IT Experience – Background in support or professional services with a focus on cyber risk.
  • Communication Skills – Able to translate complex risk concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Regulatory Awareness – Understanding of NIS, RIIO, and other relevant frameworks.
