An exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated professional to carry out specialist Fire, Legionella, and Workplace Safety assessments for a range of clients across London and the South East. This flexible, remote role offers professional growth, variety, and work‑life balance.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING PROVIDED

Experience across multiple disciplines is preferred, though not essential, as the company provide training and ongoing professional development. However, you will need to have some industry experience. We are especially keen to hear from applicants with expertise in Fire Safety and ideally one or more of the following:

  • Legionella
  • General Workplace Safety
  • Play Equipment

SALARY: £40,000 to £45,000 FTE + Benefits

LOCATION: Remote / Hybrid – You must be located in South East England as you will visit clients in the South East including London

JOB TYPE: Full-Time and Part-Time, Permanent Hours Available

FULL‑TIME WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week

PART‑TIME WORKING HOURS: Negotiable. Minimum of 2 Days per Week

KEY REQUIREMENT: You MUST have a Full UK Driving Licence and willing to travel across London and the South East

DUTIES
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Carry out detailed Fire, Legionella, and Workplace Safety risk assessments across multiple client sites
  • Prepare Professional Reports: Produce clear, concise reports outlining findings and actionable recommendations
  • Advise on Compliance: Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and remedial measures
  • Collaborate with Clients: Build strong relationships and deliver a people‑first approach to safety management
  • Maintain Professional Standards: Uphold best practice in documentation, site conduct, and safety legislation
  • Plan and Manage Workload: Work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
  • Relevant qualifications in Fire Safety and related Health and Safety disciplines
  • Proven experience of carrying out Fire Risk Assessments and general safety evaluations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East
  • Professional proficiency in English
DESIRABLE
  • Additional qualifications in Legionella or General Workplace Safety
  • Experience in Play Equipment Risk Assessments
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
