Job Description

This is a permanent position within the Risk and Compliance team, based in one of several UK office locations. The role involves managing complex compliance issues, leading risk‑related projects and promoting a culture of compliance across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory compliance, ethics, data protection and conflicts of interest
  • Support senior leadership in embedding a positive compliance culture
  • Lead and manage risk‑related projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyse compliance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain and update legal documentation and internal policies
  • Prepare reports and escalates high‑risk matters to the Risk Committee
  • Mentor and support junior team members
Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience in legal risk and compliance
  • Strong knowledge of the SRA and professional standards
  • Qualified Lawyer (desirable)
  • Experience in managing or coaching others
