EDF's Hinkley Point C project seeks a Risk and Compliance Manager (Commercial) to guide how commercial risk is identified, managed and reported. You will shape strategic insight and deliver confidence across the supply chain, collaborating with commercial leaders and technical specialists.

The starting salary is £82,000 per year with hybrid working (minimum two days per week at Aztec West). You will influence senior decision-making and help steer risk governance for a complex programme.

The Opportunity

As a Risk and Compliance Manager (Commercial), you’ll support Hinkley Point C by shaping how commercial risk is identified, managed and monitored. You’ll help deliver our contribution to the transition towards An Electric Britain while influencing decision‑making at a strategic level.

You’ll join us on a salary starting from £82,000 per annum, with hybrid working that includes a minimum of two days each week at our #AztecWest office. You’ll collaborate with commercial leaders and technical specialists, developing deep insight into supply chain complexity and programme risk.

You’ll coordinate commercial risk oversight, support dispute avoidance and provide clear, actionable intelligence. You’ll work across multidisciplinary teams to shape reporting, influence direction and strengthen how commercial risks are understood and addressed across Hinkley Point C.

Who You Are

Security Vetting

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting, which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least three of the past five years.
