A leading aerospace and defense company in the UK is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager to manage compliance across global flight operations. The role involves significant experience in audit and risk management, with a focus on aviation or regulated industries. Candidates should have strong communication skills to effectively address complex regulatory requirements.
Are you experienced in audit, assurance and risk/compliance management, within an aviation environment?
We are recruiting for a Risk and Compliance Manager to work at the heart of our Flight Operations function, within Leonardo Helicopters UK (LH (UK)).
Reporting to our Chief Test Pilot, you will manage risk and compliance across all aspects of global flight operations. You will be central to the effective safety performance monitoring of the department, and responsible for implementing positive changes across the business.
This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above. The most important skill is a good attitude and willingness to learn.
This role is subject to pre‑employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). An additional range of Personnel Security Controls referred to as National Security Vetting (NSV) may apply, this could include meeting the eligibility requirements for The Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV).
