Job summary

International Bank is seeking a Risk Analytics Manager to lead the Advanced Analytics function, delivering hands-on analytics, stakeholder management and people development. The role focuses on scalable analytics solutions, dashboards and automation within the Risk function.

You will manage a team, oversee intake and delivery of analytics work, and liaise with senior stakeholders to align scope and timelines while promoting risk governance and compliance across the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on analytics capability alongside people leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities.
• Proven coaching and development of analysts.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations relevant to Risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Advanced Analytics team, with full line management responsibility for the team.
• Own intake, prioritisation and delivery of advanced analytics work across Risk and service-partner engagements.
• Act as primary analytics interface with senior stakeholders to manage scope, timelines and delivery expectations.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions including regular reporting and dashboards with a focus on scalability and automation.
• Support modernisation initiatives to improve value, resilience and efficiency.
• Contribute to the wider Advanced Analytics and Frameworks business plan.
• Promote adherence to the Bank's Risk Management framework and compliance policies.
