Job summary

CFGI's Risk Advisory team seeks a Consultant with strong internal audit experience to support SOX, attestation, and business process reviews for Fortune 500 and mid-cap clients.

You'll develop test plans, document findings, and draft client-ready reports while collaborating across teams. ACA/ACCA or equivalent, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of SOX and COSO are required; you will grow with a high-energy, client-focused firm in London.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong technical skills with working knowledge of SOX, COSO, SOC 1 and SOC 2.
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong project management skills and high energy with commitment to quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to risk-based internal audit assignments and projects.
• Develop business process flowcharts using Visio or equivalent.
• Create control narratives and risk and control matrices for processes.
• Interact with process/control owners to understand current processes and controls.
• Create test plans, gather evidence, and execute testing procedures.
• Evaluate design and test key controls in areas under review.
• Document testing results with clear work papers and conclusions.
• Draft formal reports for Manager/Director/Partner review and client issuance.
• Propose recommendations for process or control improvements.
