Job summary

CVUK is a fast-growing, digitally savvy business focused on creative, digital and brand development. They are seeking a Junior Digital Designer to join the Marketing team and support the Lead Digital Designer across social, email, website and video projects.

As a hands-on designer you will create high-quality, on-brand visuals, contribute to AI-enhanced and 3D design projects, and help keep brand guidelines consistent while collaborating with designers, marketers and content creators on

Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in a digital design role.
Strong portfolio across social, email and website/ecommerce design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
Understanding of web design, UX and ecommerce principles.
Experience with 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D is beneficial.
Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney or Runway.
Understanding of social formats, platform specifications and current design trends.
Strong attention to detail and ability to respond to feedback.

Responsibilities

Create engaging, social‑first creative across multiple platforms.
Support email designs and wider marketing campaign assets.
Design and optimise website assets, including homepage, landing pages and product content.
Support video editing and motion graphics for digital content.
Contribute to AI‑enhanced and 3D design projects.
Collaborate with designers, marketers and content creators across the business.
