PAYE Pay Rates: NAECI Non-Categorised

• Basic - £20.01 plus holiday pay
• OT1 - £28.01
• OT2 - £36.02

The Role:

We are currently recruiting experienced Riggers for maintenance works across a portfolio of industrial facilities in South Wales. This role will involve working on shutdowns, heavy lifts, and plant support activities on energy, manufacturing, and process industry sites.

1. Rigging, slinging, and moving heavy plant equipment and components
2. Working as part of a team to complete shutdown maintenance safely and efficiently
3. Interpreting lift plans and executing lifting operations under Appointed Person direction
4. Working in line with site-specific health and safety procedures
5. Collaborating with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth operation of maintenance tasks
6. Dismantling and installation of mechanical plant items
