Job Role

Job Role: This particular role is based within the Manchester area. The RGN Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses will be expected to help and support the rest of the team with day-to-day duties and report to the Team Leader.

Responsibilities
  • Help and support the team with day‑to‑day duties and report to the Team Leader.
  • Manage a client caseload with specialist support needs with support and direction.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records and computer information system.
  • Act in accordance with NMC registration requirements and Code of Conduct.
  • Provide professional nursing assessments to support the commissioning process in line with care management and continuing care.
  • Undertake clinical procedures appropriate to client care and maintain clinical competency through regular updates.
  • Co‑coordinate an agreed care plan and implement and evaluate agreed action, including direct work with some users.
  • Communicate well with staff and patients in a calm and effective manner in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Degree in nursing.
  • Minimum 6 months solid experience in an NHS establishment (or 1 year for nurse).
  • NMC in date and valid PIN.
  • Enhanced DBS and up‑to‑date service.
  • Minimum 3‑year references.
  • Full NHS compliance requirements (Sirona Medical will assist).
