Job summary

Sirona Medical Limited is seeking an experienced RGN to join its agency theatre team in Bournemouth, UK. The role focuses on practical support and collaboration with Matron/Theatre Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

You will work in a calm, patient‑centred environment across Orthopaedics, Gynae, ENT, Ophthalmic, General, Urology and Plastics theatres, with NHS/private experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of solid experience on general wards NHS or Private.
• Previous theatre experience/qualifications are essential.

Responsibilities

• Help and support the team with day-to-day duties and report to the Matron/Theatre Manager.
• Work calmly and communicate well with staff and patients.
• Provide a friendly, caring attitude to healthcare patients and staff.

About the Role

Location and Salary

£28.00 - £30.00 / Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Help and support the rest of the team with day-to-day duties and report to the Matron/Theatre Manager.
• Work in a calm and effective manner, communicating well with other staff members and patients alike.
• Provide a friendly and caring attitude, understanding and respecting people who need healthcare support.
