Job summary

A leading global consumer products company is seeking an experienced RGM Lead to drive profitable growth within their International Family Care and Professional segment. This role involves developing RGM strategies, leading teams, and optimizing trade spend across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on revenue management. The position offers a hybrid work model based in the UK, specifically in Sunderland.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including General Managers and Financial leaders.
  • Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive RGM strategies focused on Trade Spend and Mix.
  • Experience within the FMCG sector, primarily in B2C with some B2B exposure.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue management principles and promotional strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure RGM ways of working to implement an operating model for delivery of NRR.
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize pack-price architecture and promotional plans.
  • Drive deployment of efficient IFP Trade Spend and Mix strategy.
  • Lead design of Strategic Trade Spend & Mix playbooks and operational guidance.
  • Define digital capability roadmap for Trade Spend Analytics and monitoring.
