Role Overview

RFP Specialist is tasked with assisting and completing International RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in a timely manner on behalf of the International Account and Customer Success Managers. This role ensures proper procedures are followed to complete RFPs, collaborating with the legal and infosec teams, sales leadership, and regional sales personnel on all RFPs.

Responsibilities
  • Fill out International RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for Account Managers in Enterprise Sales, SMB Sales, and Customer Success in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with the International Account Managers on RFPs/RFQs/RFIs regarding timelines, data, and milestones.
  • Use appropriate channels and workflows when working with legal or other departments on filling out RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Develop, arrange, and ensure the library data is updated to answer all RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs appropriately.
  • Develop and maintain good relations and coordination with legal and InfoSec to support the above.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with government-related entities
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • Experience with Loopio a plus
