RFID & Retail Operations Analyst

Department: Store Support

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time

Location: Head Office, Chelsea House

Reporting To: Monika Raniszewska Gomez

Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensuring all stocktakes are set up, variances are investigated, adjustments processed and stocktakes are confirmed and reported on, all within agreed time frames.
  • Ensuring RFID stock counts issues are investigated, recorded, and reported on.
  • Helping to maintain record keeping for the RFID team.
  • Ability to write simple procedures.
  • Maintaining RFID team systems.
  • Supporting process efficiencies by highlighting and developing better ways of working.
  • Supporting stores and business with inventory and RFID queries.
  • Investigating stock system issues and proposing corrective actions.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of all current and future RFID programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Retail Operations to complete weekly operational activities, including:
  • Parcel Compliance monitoring and reporting.
  • Recalls management and coordination.
  • Off the Floor Lists maintenance and updates.
  • Re-Pricing support to ensure accuracy across stores.
  • Customer Promotions setup and execution checks.
  • CEX Weekly Round-Up Call (30-minute cross-functional meeting).
  • Consumer Price Index tracking and reporting.
  • Store List Updates management.
