Qualifications

Experience specifying and leading RF systems and products.
Knowledge of 3GPP standards.
Antenna specification and design experience.
Understanding of DSP in RF applications.

Responsibilities

Partner with business developers to understand market trends and client needs.
Lead the creation of ground-breaking wireless products, from first client conversation and problem definition, through specification, to successful delivery.
Inspire and mentor engineers across the team to push their own ideas further.
