Qualifications
In depth knowledge of telecommunications and data networks.
At least 5 years’ experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities
Provide on-call support for investigating system faults.

Liaise with maintenance staff on equipment issues.
Identify opportunities for system upgrades.
