Candidates should possess a degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience and demonstrate strong proficiency in analogue/digital circuit design. The role involves taking products from initial specification to production, with a focus on reliability and compliance. This position offers a salary of up to £60k, along with a company pension scheme and the opportunity to work on diverse projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience taking products from specification to design.
Experience designing to meet RED Directive requirements.
Capable of prototyping and component evaluation.
Responsibilities
Design and deliver bespoke wireless monitoring and communication systems.
Take ownership of customer requirements through to production.
Work independently within a small, fast-paced development team.
Skills
Degree-level qualification in Electronics Engineering or equivalent experience
Proficiency in analogue and digital circuit design
Experience with RF or cellular/telemetry modules
Strong understanding of EMC/EMI design principles
Ability to produce production test procedures
Fault-finding and repair of production PCBs
Comfortable working independently
