TechPoint Group in Basingstoke is seeking a Rework Technician to perform precision rework and repair of complex PCBA products to IPC standards. You will join a skilled team ensuring product quality, diagnosing faults, and performing component-level rework in a modern facility.
The role requires attention to detail and dexterity, with experience in IPC standards. Desirable exposure to X-Ray inspection equipment and AOI systems, plus fault-finding and_root cause analysis.
Location: Basingstoke
Reports To: Production Lead
Pay Rate: 15-17.50ph (30-35k)

This includes working closely with production engineers to resolve issues and improve processes.
