Your Mission

This newly created, permanent role is a strategic opportunity to take the reins on global job architecture, levelling, pay benchmarking, and compliance with evolving pay transparency regulations. As a Centre of Expertise, you’ll drive consistency across regions, support M&A integration, and ensure the business remains ahead of the curve in EU and international compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and maintain the WTW-aligned job levelling framework, policy documents, and gender-neutral evaluation tools.
  • Equip HR teams with robust tools and training for job matching and pay analysis.
  • Lead benchmarking initiatives across territories, staying sharp on market trends and practices.
  • Design and maintain competitive pay ranges and provide actionable pay analysis templates.
  • Align frameworks with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including job matching methodology, reporting templates, and gender-neutral criteria.
  • Partner with local HR teams to support pay gap analysis, reporting, and engagement with employee representatives.
  • Integrate compliance into recruitment practices (e.g., pay range disclosure, no salary history questions), progression criteria, and contract policies.
  • Monitor legislative developments across EU member states and update internal guidance accordingly.
Who We’re Looking For

A seasoned reward specialist or partner with:

  • Deep expertise in job evaluation, levelling, and WTW benchmarking methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (Power BI experience is a plus).
  • A knack for translating complex frameworks into clear, engaging, and transparent guidance.
  • Solid understanding of pay range design, data analysis, and reward planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and its practical implications.
What’s in It for You

Alongside a competitive base salary, this role offers an annual cash bonus and the chance to shape global reward strategy at a company that’s redefining media.
