The purpose of this role is to support the business in delivering its global reward strategy to the Global Supply Chain & Procurement function. This strategy supports attraction and retention of diverse talent, incentivising and rewarding high performance through a competitive and well‑communicated rewards package tailored to the local markets. This role plays a key part of the delivery of this strategy through partnering internal and external providers and collaborators including Supply leadership, Talent Engagement, Finance, Legal and external consultants. As member of the wider Global Reward & Performance Centre of Excellence the post holder will support the delivery of annual reward activity including annual salary reviews and benchmarking in addition to leading projects. Partnering with Global Supply Chain & Procurement the job holder will be a key point of access to teams around the world providing expert advice on all reward‑related programmes and policies. Market complexity: This role will work across geographies and teams in a complex matrix environment, requiring an ability to prioritise and communicate progress effectively. The ability to understand how to get things done in a matrix organisation is critical. This role partners with the HR teams, comprising employees in multiple countries across continents with multiple senior stakeholders and legislative challenges. This role needs to build effective relationships with various parties including Global Reward Operations, HR Service Delivery functions, Executive Reward, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Talent Engagement and HR Directors. Leadership responsibilities: Collaborates with others at all levels in a professional and effective way. Takes a leading role on specific reward/business projects and engages with partners to reach desired outcomes. Takes ownership of building and maintaining relationships across Global Supply Chain & Procurement HR Business Partners. Top accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Point of contact and subject matter expert for Global Supply Chain & Procurement HR Business Partners and Talent Engagement teams. Support delivery of projects related to Global Supply Chain & Procurement in conjunction with the Reward Managers across the world.
  • Delivers expert support across several reward areas – including but not limited to market data acquisition and analysis, benchmarking, salary management, regulatory compliance, job evaluation, and total reward communications. Provides support in UK and Ireland union wage negotiations.
  • Provides analytical insight to drive ongoing and new compensation and benefits programs and participates in the design and development of new programs, policies and principles. In doing so they will apply a commercial focus so that cost competitiveness is maintained.
  • Ensures consistency of approach across the function with clear communication and supporting Annual Reward Cycle (ARC) sign‑off processes with market reward teams and operational delivery. Partners with HR Business Partners to ensure a great employee experience during end‑of‑year processes including bonus, performance, salary reviews and communication.
  • Builds reward capability in HR Business Partners, FirstPoint (shared services), Talent Engagement, people managers and employees to enable the attraction, retention and motivation of our people. Proven commercial experience and the ability to prove that they understand the commercial agenda.
  • Project management experience would be recommended.
  • Can work well under pressure with a diverse set of stakeholders and to work autonomously.
  • Experience of working within a unionised environment and pay negotiations would be ideal.
  • Experience of working within a matrix organisation.
  • Experience of job evaluation methodologies and principles. Understanding of read‑cross with market surveys and job architectures.
  • Great analytical skills required with an ability to work with complex data extracting meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver impactful communications materials and achieve clarity and understanding of reward with varied audiences.
  • Previous experience in Reward supporting a global population would be highly advantageous. Spanish language will be an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills with an understanding of AI tools and how they can improve reward processes.
