Job Title: Reward Manager – Global Supply Chain & Procurement

Location: London or Edinburgh

Type: Permanent - Full time

Reports to: Head of Reward - Global Supply

About the role

The role supports the delivery of the global reward strategy for the Global Supply Chain & Procurement function. It involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including Supply leadership, Talent Engagement, Finance, Legal and external consultants, to deliver annual reward activities such as salary reviews, benchmarking and project leadership. The role is a key access point for teams worldwide, providing expert advice on all reward related programmes and policies.

Market Complexity

The position operates across geographies within a complex matrix environment, requiring prioritisation, clear communication of progress and strong relationship building with HR teams across multiple continents, senior stakeholders and legislative bodies.

Leadership Responsibilities

Collaboration with partners at all levels, leading reward‑specific projects and engaging with partners to achieve desired outcomes. Owns the relationship with Global Supply Chain & Procurement HR Business Partners.

Top Accountabilities

Acts as subject‑matter expert and point of contact for Global Supply Chain & Procurement HR Business Partners and Talent Engagement teams. Supports projects across several reward areas including market data acquisition, benchmarking, salary management, regulatory compliance, job evaluation and total reward communications. Provides support in UK and Ireland union wage negotiations and drives analytical insights to inform compensation and benefits strategies.

Experience
  • Proven commercial experience and a clear understanding of the commercial agenda.
  • Project management experience is recommended.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with diverse stakeholders and autonomously.
  • Experience working within a unionised environment and pay negotiations would be ideal.
  • Experience in a matrix organisation.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and principles.
  • Understanding of market surveys and job architecture review.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for impactful materials and clarity across audiences.
  • Previous global reward experience is highly advantageous; Spanish language an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills and understanding of AI tools to improve reward processes.
