At Community Integrated Care, we believe that rewarding our colleagues fairly isn't just good practice, it's fundamental to delivering outstanding care and support.
We're looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join us on a 12-18 month fixed-term basis and play a leading role in shaping our reward strategy, pay frameworks and colleague benefits offer.
This is a unique opportunity to influence reward at scale within one of the UK's largest and most successful social care charities, helping us attract, retain and recognise the amazing people who make a difference every day.
You’ll also contribute to our award-winning Unfair To Care campaign, using data and insight to help drive positive change across the social care sector.

You’ll be a credible reward professional who combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience within social care, healthcare, charity or public sector environments would be advantageous, but is not essential.

If you’re passionate about reward, data‑driven decision‑making and creating fair and transparent pay practices, we’d love to hear from you.
