Reward Manager

London (Hybrid: 2 days/week in office)

Permanent, Full-Time

£85 – £95k + 15% bonus

Are you ready to take ownership of aglobal reward functionand lead a major transformation? We’re looking for aReward Managerto join our clients People Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping how they attract, motivate, and retain talent across 4 regions!

This is a hands-on role with opportunity to make a real impact, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and loves building structure from complexity.

As this role will manage a team which manages Compensation, Benefits and Payroll activities, you will need a solid understanding of all elements of the function.

Whatyou’ll have the opportunity to do in this role:
  • Lead the full Reward agenda globally– including pay reviews, benchmarking, bonus cycles, and benefits across 14 countries.
  • Own a major Global Payroll RFP from start to finish– drive the process to select and implement a new global payroll provider, ensuring a smooth transformation.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits operations– ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple geographies.
  • Manage & develop a small team– 2 Compensation & Benefits Specialists and 1 Payroll Specialist, uplifting their capabilities and making them the go-to experts.
  • Bring clarity and prioritisation– assess current processes, identify gaps, and create a roadmap for improvement.
  • Drive improvements– across benefits, reward cycles, Workday processes, and compliance.
  • Shape reward strategy– work closely with the Head of Reward & Operations, who values collaboration and autonomy.
  • Use data to influence decisions– reporting through Workday and finding creative ways to bring insights to life.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience inReward, Compensation & Benefits, with exposure toglobal payroll operations.
  • Ideally have previous experienceleading a global payroll provider RFPor extensive exposure managing a reward/payroll transformation project.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing cyclical reward processes (pay review, bonus cycles).
  • Familiarity with systems likeWorkday(ideal, not essential).
  • A proactive, hands-on approach—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
