A housing association is seeking a Reward and Benefits Specialist to manage pay, benefits, and recognition programmes. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in rewards and benefits. The position is based in Basingstoke with a hybrid working model and offers generous holidays and a matched pension scheme.
Our Total Reward team design and manage the pay, incentives, benefits and recognition programmes within SNG (Sovereign Network Group), working to attract, retain and reward our colleagues for the amazing job that they do.
We're looking for an experienced Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract to the end of September 2026. Based from our office in Basingstoke, you'll combine home and office working, spending two days a week in the office collaborating with the team.
Reporting to the Head of Total Reward, you'll work alongside the Reward Business Partners, Reward Specialist, Reward and Benefits Analyst and Reward Coordinator to help deliver our total reward strategy, supporting the delivery of day-to-day reward activities and contributing to reward related change projects.
