Are you an experienced reward professional eager to make a meaningful impact? We’re seeking a Reward and Benefit Manager with a proven track record in the field to join us on a fixed term contract. Here, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our reward agenda, helping us create outstanding employee experiences through effective reward strategies.

Your new role:

As a Reward and Benefit Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our reward operations, working across multiple European markets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting benefit implementation projects across the European Operations region.
  • Partnering with People Country Managers to manage benefit renewals, reviews, and simplification initiatives.
  • Reviewing and redesigning benefits to ensure they’re competitive, inclusive, and aligned with employee needs.
  • Leading the annual reward cycle, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and communications.
  • Conducting market benchmarking and analysis to inform reward decisions.
  • Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and People & Culture colleagues to deliver seamless reward processes.
  • Contributing to strategic reward projects, including equity, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Managing relationships with external providers and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with local legislation and internal governance standards.
  • Supporting the development of reward policies and frameworks.
About you:
  • Proven experience in reward, ideally in a multi-country context.
  • Benefit and HR project Management experience
  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Familiarity with reward systems and tools (e.g., Workday, benchmarking platforms) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of European employment legislation related to reward and benefits is desirable.
