Whats the job
  • Data Analysis & Benchmarking - Analyse compensation data conduct salary benchmarking and provide insights to improve reward strategies.
  • Reward Project Support - Assist with annual salary reviews bonus schemes and policy development.
  • HR Systems - Support reward-related activities and help test solutions with the HR Systems team.
  • Benefits Administration - Resolve employee benefit queries and seek ways to improve processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Guide HR and business leaders support communication and training and work with external providers.
What we need :
  • Analytical and Numeracy Skills - Ability to analyse large complex data sets and bring to life through insights and storytelling
  • Attention to Detail - High standards of accuracy in reporting and data validation to ensure integrity of compensation data.
  • Communication Skills - Clear written and verbal communication to explain reward concepts and liaise with HR Finance and external vendors.
  • Curiosity and Problem-Solving - A mindset to question explore market trends and propose improvements to reward processes.
