Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is partnering with a well-known business in Watford to recruit a Reward Analyst for the People team. You will support pay and bonus activity, working with People Partners and group teams to ensure accurate data and streamlined processes.

You'll prepare and distribute pay and bonus files in Excel, conduct data validation, and generate letters via mail merge. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Comfortable working with data and high levels of detail.
• Confident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teams.
• Organised, accurate and methodical in your approach.
• Experience with mail merge is helpful but not essential.
