A leading consultancy agency is looking for a Lead Strategist to drive the strategic direction of HubSpot transformation projects across multiple clients. In this senior role, you will lead workshops, define scalable solutions, and support delivery teams to ensure successful implementation. You'll leverage your extensive CRM experience and technical expertise to guide clients through their digital transformation, while also mentoring team members and contributing to the agency's overall growth.

Salary : Up-to £51,000
Reports to : Head of RevOps
The Lead Strategist is responsible for defining, owning, and steering the strategic direction of complex HubSpot transformation projects. You will work closely with multiple client stakeholders, from end users to C-suite, to diagnose business challenges, design scalable solutions, and ensure that the strategic vision is consistently implemented across every phase of the engagement.
This role is highly strategic, technical and consultative. You will bring deep experience across all HubSpot hubs, CRM implementations, automation design, sales process optimisation, data modelling, and go-to-market alignment. You will facilitate discovery processes, lead workshops, and translate insights into clear strategies, roadmaps, and solve complex problems for our clients.
You will work alongside and guide delivery teams, ensuring their sprints are aligned with client strategy, and support client success through regular health checks and QBRs.
This is a senior role that requires critical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply and confidently.
