About the role

  • Manage data quality processes across CRM and connected tools, including duplicate prevention, enrichment, and SLA monitoring
  • Analyse funnel performance, cohorts, and segments; translate findings into recommendations and track impact
  • Support forecasting cadence with scenario models and variance analysis
  • Partner with Sales leadership on territory, quota, capacity, and coverage models
  • Document GTM processes, hand‑offs, and SLAs; support adoption and change management
  • Evaluate and implement tooling changes, integrations, and automations
  • Deliver ad‑hoc deep dives for exec and board‑level questions
  • Create A/B test frameworks and track impact of GTM experiments
What you’ll bring
  • 1+ years experience in a RevOps, Sales Ops, FP&A, or analytics role supporting a B2B GTM team
  • Strong Excel skills, demonstrating capability to work with complex formulas
  • Proficiency with a modern CRM (HubSpot preferably) and data visualisation tools
  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives and recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable owning multiple priorities with attention to detail and data integrity
