Are you a Revit Technician or similar from a Surveying background looking for a varied role working on specialist Land / Utility surveying projects within a well‑established yet growing consultancy? This well-established company specialises primarily in Land and Utilities surveys and works with a broad network of clients ranging from private individuals to Tier 1 Contractors such as Balfour Beatty and Kier. With 30 years of continuous growth, they are looking to expand their friendly design team.

In this varied role you will work on a range of Measured Building Survey projects, interpreting data collected by surveyors and creating appropriate designs. You will collaborate with a team of five in a tight‑knit office environment, with opportunities for continual development and upskilling, as well as hybrid work if you have a suitable home set‑up.

Responsibilities

• Use Revit and AutoCAD for designs
