Qualifications

White Label is hiring a Revit Technician for a multi-sector structural steel manufacturer who are looking to bolster their team with a Revit Technician.

Salary

My client is offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus:

  • 40 hours per week with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 - 4 PM
  • 1 day work from home per week (must be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the production of high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit.
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation in Revit.
  • Work closely with architects, clients, pre-construction and project managers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
  • Ensure all project drawings comply with building regulations, planning requirements, and company standards.
  • Assist with the coordination of multi-disciplinary models, including structural and MEP, to ensure accuracy and clash detection.
  • Support the preparation of schedules, specifications, technical documentation and DfMA (design for manufacture) layouts.
  • Maintain drawing libraries, BIM standards, and digital workflows.
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders to exchange technical information.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of BIM protocols and best practices within the office.
Experience required
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician or Revit Technician in an architectural practice or design environment.
  • Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM software.
  • Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a related field (HNC/HND, Degree, or equivalent).
