Job summary

Regional Recruitment Ltd in Leicester is seeking an experienced Revit Technician with structural experience to join a growing consultancy. You will produce high-quality 3D structural models and drawings using Revit, working closely with engineers and design teams on a variety of structural projects.

The ideal candidate has strong Revit skills, experience creating structural drawings, and a solid understanding of structural design and construction.

Qualifications

• Essential: Revit Technician, BIM Technician or Structural Technician.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit.
• Structural experience is essential.
• Experience producing structural drawings and 3D models.
• Good understanding of structural design and construction.
• Ability to interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate 3D structural models using Revit.
• Create detailed structural drawings and documentation.
• Work closely with structural engineers and other members of the design team.
• Develop and update models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with the production of construction and technical drawings.
• Ensure drawings and models are accurate and produced to the required standards.
• Coordinate structural information with other disciplines.

Are you an experienced Revit Technician with structural experience looking for your next opportunity?

Qualifications

Essential:

• Previous experience working as a Revit Technician, BIM Technician or Structural Technician

• Strong working knowledge of Revit

• Structural experience is essential

• Experience producing structural drawings and 3D models

• Good understanding of structural design and construction

• Ability to interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications

Desirable:

• Experience working with steel, concrete or timber structures

• Knowledge of AutoCAD

• Experience within a structural engineering consultancy

• Relevant construction, engineering or BIM qualification
