Revit Technician

The consultancy combines technical expertise with cutting-edge technology and BIM modelling, to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear and accurate structural drawings and Revit models.
• Conduct site inspections and assist with surveys as required.
• Contribute to the development of departmental drawing/BIM standards and QA procedures.
• Translate manufacturer\'s details onto working drawings and models.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and the wider construction team.
• Ensure adherence to company processes and standards at all times.

Essential Requirements

• HNC/HND in construction or BIM-related discipline with 3+ years\' UK experience, or 5+ years\' relevant Revit experience in a UK-based structural/civil consultancy.
• Experience in Revit-based reinforced concrete modelling and detailing.
• Experience in Revit-based structural steel modelling/detailing.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with engineers.
• Ability to produce accurate Revit models and structural drawings from engineering designs.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects concurrently.
