Revit/Senior Revit Technician
The Role

An established specialist contractor is seeking a Revit Technician to support the design and delivery of off site manufactured concrete structures. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high quality digital models and technical information, supporting the wider engineering and production teams to ensure accurate, buildable outputs.

Training and support is available, so this position welcomes applicants across all stages of their career, from a few years to well-established, and renumeration will be subject to experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creation, development and management of Revit families for precast concrete elements
  • Production and coordination of detailed Revit models and drawings
  • Quality control of models and technical documentation prior to issue
  • Management of drawing registers and document control processes
  • Coordination with engineers, production teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows
  • Ensuring models align with installation requirements
About You
  • Strong experience working as a Revit Technician within structural or construction environments
  • Proven ability to create and manage Revit families
  • General understanding of quality assurance and document management processes
  • Methodical, reliable and detail focused approach
  • Experience with precast or concrete structures is advantageous
