Revit MEP Technician - Building Services

Currently investing in an office refurbishment to expand capacity, the business is thriving and looking to add another talented technician to their growing team.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Technician, you\'ll support engineers in producing high-quality, coordinated MEP drawings and 3D models. You\'ll be involved from survey through to delivery, taking full ownership of your projects while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed 2D and 3D MEP models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
• Ensuring coordination across all disciplines and maintaining project accuracy
• Managing design information flow and meeting project deadlines
• Contributing to the development of BIM standards and workflows

About You

• 2-3+ years\' experience using Revit MEP in a building services consultancy or contractor environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Confident using AutoCAD; Navisworks or Dynamo experience is a plus
• Detail-focused, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of your work
