  • Experience across one or more sectors: residential, student, industrial, education, data centres.
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, BS standards, and MEP principles.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Enthusiasm for technical problem-solving and continuous learning.
